FIVE YEAR LIMITED
CONCRETE WARRANTY

We give a 5 Year Limited Warranty to seal any random structural crack 1/8” or wider that goes thoughout the depth and thickness of the concrete structure. We use polyurethane concrete sealant to seal any such crack.
Special Note: Do not allow any vehicles in excess of a one-ton axel on your driveway, or this warranty is void. Also, because we care, please note that all expansion materials are prone to deteriorate over the years. If you notice deterioration, please contact u, and for a minimal fee we will seal the expansion joint to help with the longevity of your driveway. Also we highly recommend that you do not use deicers on your concrete except for sand, or the deicer might possibly cause the top of your concrete to flake off. Also it is advisable to seal your concrete to help prevent the top from flaking off due to Oklahoma’s severe freeze-thaw winter cycles. We do not warranty the top from flaking off.

LIFETIME LIMITED
DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WARRANTY

We give a Lifetime Warranty to unclog any of our surface water drainage pipes so that our surface water drainage system continues to drain water. “Lifetime” meaning as long as our customer lives at that residence.
